  • 1 chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine soups and tomatoes together. In a greased casserole dish, layer the following ingredients in order listed in 1/2 portions: Chicken, onion, combined soups and tomatoes, corn chips and cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining 1/2 portion. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
