- 1 cooked hen or fryer, boned
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Dice chicken into a mixing bowl and add onion, garlic salt, chili powder and tomatoes.

2Reserve 1 cup of cheese for topping. Add remaining cheese to chicken mixture.

3Soften tortillas in chicken broth; line a large baking dish.

4Add chicken mixture and about 1/2 cup of broth.

5Spread both cans of soup on top. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top.

6Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
