- 1 whole chicken
- 1 or 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 bag Tostitos
Directions

1Boil chicken, debone and tear into small pieces.

2Pack back into pot.

3Add soup, broth, Ro-Tel, onion, cheese, chili powder and garlic salt.

4Cook on top of stove until cheese melts.

5Place a layer of chips in bottom of casserole dish.

6Pour mixture over chips; sprinkle cheese on top.

7Place in oven and bake at 350° until browns.

8Serve hot over fresh chips.
