- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2/3 c. salad oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 bunch green onions (tops and all), chopped
Directions

1Mix all but cheese together.

2Pour 1/2 of mixture into greased pan.

3Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over it.

4Add remaining mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
