- 1 c. corn meal
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can creamed corn
Directions

1Mix together corn meal, flour, oil, egg, sugar, corn and cottage cheese.

2Place half of mixture into pan.

3Sprinkle with half of the Cheddar cheese.

4Spread on the chilies.

5Cover with the rest of mixture and sprinkle the rest of cheese on top.
