  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/2 pod sweet pepper
  • 1 or more pods hot pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Mix all together and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
