  • 4 pods jalapeno
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions

    Brown meat, onion, peppers, chili powder, salt and pepper. Drain.

    Add corn.

    Mix corn bread mix and add to meat mixture. Mix well.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

    Makes a 9 x 13-inch pan.
