- 1 c. plain cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 8 oz. creamed corn
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 can green chilies, chopped and drained
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients.

2Mix next 4 ingredients.

3Add dry ingredients.

4Mix together well.

5Pour half of the mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 can chilies over cornmeal mixture.

7Pour remaining mixture over the top and add 1/2 cup grated cheese and the other half of the green chilies.

8Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
