  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
