- 4 pork chops
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 4 c. thinly chopped parsley
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown chops in skillet.

2Blend in soup, sour cream, water and parsley.

3In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper and topped with mushroom sauce. Place chops over all.

4Cover and bake in 350° oven for about 1 1/4 hours.
