  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 4 c. thinly chopped parsley
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Brown chops in skillet.

    Blend in soup, sour cream, water and parsley.

    In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper and topped with mushroom sauce. Place chops over all.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven for about 1 1/4 hours.
