  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 medium size sweet pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 c. American cheese, grated
