  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
  • 2 hot peppers, chopped fine
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Pour half into hot greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle with half of cheese. Add remaining mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake 25 minutes in 450° oven. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
