- 3/4 c. thick and chunky salsa
- 1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. diced green chilies
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is lightly brown and onion is tender; drain off fat. Stir in salsa, taco seasoning and water; cook over low heat 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture thickens. Stir in corn and olives. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.
