  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 3/4 c. whole milk
  • 1 c. green chilies
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix the ingredients and place in a 9 x 12-inch pan, which has previously been coated with a small amount of cooking oil.
