- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. bell peppers, minced
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except the cheese.

2Grease a 10 1/2-inch skillet and place in an oven to heat.

3Pour half the mixture into hot skillet and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.

4Add remaining mixture on top with remaining cheese.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
