- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. melted bacon fat
- 1 small can cream-style corn
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, minced
Directions

1Mix meal, soda and salt.

2Beat eggs slightly and add to buttermilk; then stir into dry ingredients.

3Add bacon fat; stir in corn.

4Mix cheese, garlic, onion and peppers.

6Pour into greased pan.
