- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. cornbread mix
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Beat eggs in large bowl; blend in milk.

2Stir in cornbread mix, cheese, corn, onion, oil, sugar and baking powder.

3Blend. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish and bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
