  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
