- 1/2 c. cream-style corn
- 1 medium diced onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 c. jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. oil or bacon grease
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except cheese.
