- 2 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 3 green jalapeno peppers, chopped real fine
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. Sunflower corn meal
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1In large bowl, mix in first 7 ingredients.

2Stir in sifted ingredients.

3Pour in a pan sprayed with Pam.

4Cook about 30 minutes at 350°.

5When gets done, turn bread upside-down on plate and cut up a stick of butter or margarine on top.
