Mexican Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, shelled
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. bottled taco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • sliced pimento stuffed olives (for garnish)
  • sliced pitted ripe olives (for garish)

Directions

    Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.

    Remove the yolks and set aside the whites.
  3. 3
    Press the yolks through a sieve into a bowl. Blend in the cheese, taco sauce and chili powder until well combined.

    Refill the egg whites using 1 tablespoon of the yolk mixture for each egg half.

    Garnish with olive slices.
