- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies

1Cut Velveeta into squares for easy melting in medium bowl. Add can of Ro-Tel.

2Microwave for 5 minutes; stir.

3Depending on your microwave, continue to melt and stir at 1 minute intervals until melted.

4Serve with tortilla chips.
