  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • nuts as desired

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes.
