- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Directions

1Mix sugar and eggs together.

2Sift flour.

3Add to sugar and eggs.

4Add pineapple and juice; mix well.

5Add chopped walnuts. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 9 x 3-inch ungreased pan.

6Cream margarine and cream cheese.
