  • 1 lb lean meat, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except meat (I mix it all up in a ziploc bag).

    Add sliced meat and marinate 4 hours or overnight.

    Drying time depends on how you dry it.

    I put it in my dehydrator for about5 hours.
