- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 or 10 flour tortilla shells
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1In large frying pan, cook ground beef and onion.

2Drain grease.

3Mix in spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and spices.

4Cook until blended, just a few minutes.

5In a 9 x 12-inch baking pan, lay out 2 tortilla shells.

6Top with 1/4 of the meat mixture.

7Top that with 1/4 of the cheese.

8Repeat 3 times more until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese.

9Bake at 350° until warm through and cheese melts.

10Then let set 10 minutes before cutting.
