- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 12 tortillas
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in skillet.

2Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3Combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese and spices.

4Arrange 6 tortillas on bottom and sides of a slightly greased baking dish.

5Top with half of meat mixture. Spoon cheese mixture over meat.

6Arrange remaining tortillas over cheese.

7Top with remaining meat.

8Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

9Top with Cheddar cheese and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
