- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup water
- 72 inches corn tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 ounces sliced black olives, drained
- 4 ounces mild chiles, drained
- 1 12 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown and drain the meat.

2Add taco seasoning and water and cook until thickened.

3Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and place 6 tortillas on the bottom, overlapping the edges.

4Mix the salsa and tomato sauce together and set aside.

5Top the tortillas with half the meat, corn, olives, and chilis.

6Pour half the salsa/tomato sauce mixture over it and sprinkle with half of the cheese.

7Repeat layers.

8Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
