  • 1 lb. ground beef (raw)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 12 oz. uncooked lasagne noodles
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. picante sauce or salsa
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    Combine first 5 ingredients.

    Place 4 uncooked noodles in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Spread half of beef mix over noodles.

    Top with 4 more noodles and remaining mixture. Combine water and sauce; pour over all.

    Cover tightly with foil. Heat at 350° for 1 1/2 hours (until noodles are tender).
