- 2-crust pie crust
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground deer, drained
- chili powder to taste
- garlic to taste
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can chili beans
- 1/2 c. Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
- tomato juice to desired thickness
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Make your favorite two-crust pie crust and set aside.

2Brown ground beef or ground deer with garlic and other seasoning.

3Put garlic and onion in when you first start the meat to brown.

4After meat is browned and drained add chili beans and tomato juice.

5Cook to boiling.

6Roll out pie crust.

7Put the meat and bean mixture into the shell.

8Put cheeses on top and put other crust on top. Bake at 325° to 350° until crust is brown.
