  • 1 cup Uncooked Long Grain Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 cups Chunky Salsa
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, combine rice, chicken brother, salsa, beans, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice mixture is tender.

    Remove from heat and fluff with fork. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
