Ingredients

  • 2 c. Adolf's rice
  • 1/3 c. celery, blended
  • 1/2 c. green peppers, blended
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Bring water to boil with all ingredients except rice and oil. Fry the rice until slightly brown.

    Drain from oil.

    Add rice to boiling water, cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally.
