- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Gebhardt chili powder
- 1/2 c. meat stock
- 1 c. tomatoes
Directions

1Cook onion, green pepper and garlic slowly in butter until soft, stirring often.

2Add flour, salt and chili powder; stir until smooth.

3Add meat stock and tomatoes.

4Cook until thick and smooth.

5Strain, if desired.

6Can be used over rice, spaghetti, noodles or various meats.
