  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 4 oz. green can chilli peppers
  • 12 oz. picante
  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. Durkee onion
  • 12 large shells

Directions

    Cook shells; set aside. Cook ground beef; drain. Salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce, chillies, picante sauce and 6 ounces cheese. Melt cheese, stirring constantly. Add 8 ounces Durkee onions. Stuff pasta shells with meat mixture.

    Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Heat oven to 350° until bubbly.
