- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 4 oz. green can chilli peppers
- 12 oz. picante
- 12 oz. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz. Durkee onion
- 12 large shells
Directions

1Cook shells; set aside. Cook ground beef; drain. Salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce, chillies, picante sauce and 6 ounces cheese. Melt cheese, stirring constantly. Add 8 ounces Durkee onions. Stuff pasta shells with meat mixture.

2Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Heat oven to 350° until bubbly.
