- 1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. picante sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In large skillet, heat olive oil on high, saute all vegetables at once for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

2Add basil, picante, salt and pepper.
