Ingredients

  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

    Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

    Stir in the milk and vegetable oil and mix well.

    Knead for 8-10 minutes.

    Allow to rise in an oiled bowl for 20 minutes.

    Divide into five balls and roll them out.

    Grill for 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
