  • 6 oz. tuna, chicken or ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tomato, cut in slices
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 c. mashed potatoes

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly; add to meat (or fish).

    Add mushrooms. Place in the bottom of a well-greased pie tin.

    Top with tomato slices and cheese slices.

    Spoon mashed potatoes over cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    Cut into wedges and serve hot.
