  • 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 tsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (3 3/8 to 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    In a 3-quart casserole, cook rice, raisins, butter, salt and 1 1/3 cup water, covered, on High 7 to 8 minutes, until rice is very tender and liquid is absorbed.
