Ingredients
- 3 links smoked sausage
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 c. shallots
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/2 medium bell pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 beef cube
- 4 c. liquid (add water to soup and sauce to equal 4 cups)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Saute onions, shallots, parsley, bell pepper and sausage over stove a few minutes.

2Add everything else except rice.

3Let this come to a boil.

4Now add rice.

5Take this off of the stove.

6Cover with lid.
-
7Microwave for 35 minutes on 50% power.

8Stir twice during cooking.
-
9Let stand for 15 minutes before serving (covered).

10Do not over microwave.
-
11This may not look done.
-
12The longer it stands, the better it is.

13It finishes cooking while standing.
