- 2 cups whole almonds
- 1 tablespoon tamari soya sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Directions

1Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and heat in microwave 2 minutes.

2Meanwhile, mix together Tamari Sauce and cayenne with almonds.

3Spread on heated cookie sheet.

4Microwave on High for 5 mintes, stopping every minute to stir.

5Spread the roasted almonds on a parchment lined cookie sheet(not the same one you used to cook.).

6Cool a few hours or overnight to make sure they have dried.

7Voila -- a very tasty and healthy snack.
