- 6 medium peppers
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (1/2 c.) small onion, chopped
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds and membrane; wash. Mix raw beef with onion, rice, salt and pepper.

2Divide evenly into peppers.

3Arrange peppers upright in 3-quart casserole.

4Blend soup and water until smooth.

5Pour over peppers.

6Cover.

7Microwave at High (10) for 28 to 32 minutes.

8Sprinkle with cheese, re-cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
