- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. prunes, chopped
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Mix the first nine ingredients and blend well with mixer until smooth.

2Fold in prunes, raisins and pecans separately.

3Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

4Bake on center shelf for one hour at 350°.
