  • 1 - 15 oz can Garbanzo beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini (ground sesame seed)
  • 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh works best)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 garlic clove

    Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
