- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 4 (4 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 4 cans water
- 1/4 c. sugar (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground meat with onions and bell peppers; drain any grease.

2Add Ro-Tel, paste and garlic.

3Let cook on low about 30 minutes, stirring.

4Add tomato sauce and water.

5Let cook about 1 hour.
