- 1 Egg
- 30 grams Granulated sugar
- 20 grams Condensed milk
- 50 grams Butter
- 60 grams Cake flour
- 3 grams Black tea powder
- 1/3 tsp Baking powder
Directions

1Bring the egg to room temperature.

2Combine and sift the flour, tea and baking powder.

3Melt the butter in a saucepan.

4Coat the mould with the melted butter and let it chill in the fridge.

5Beat the egg in a bowl, add the granulated sugar and mix with a whisk.

6Add the powdery ingredients, mix well, then add the condensed milk and mix some more.

7Add the melted butter, little by little, and mix.

8Let it sit in the fridge for over an hour.

9Spoon the batter into the mould and bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
