  • 200 grams Potatoes
  • 50 grams White chocolate
  • 50 grams Condensed milk
  • 20 grams Unsalted butter
  • 20 grams Sugar

Directions

    Finely chop the chocolate.

    Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes and leave at room temperature.

    Cut the potato and boil until soft.
  4. 4
    Drain the potatoes and press through a sieve while still warm.

    Add all the other ingredients and mix in residual heat.

    Mix until smooth and it's complete.
