  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 C sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C butter milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Frosting:
  • 2 Milky Way bars
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
