Ingredients: 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar; 1 (12 oz.) jar milky way ice cream topping; 8 oz. cream cheese; 1 tsp. vanilla; 3 c. chocolate chip cookie crumbs (fine); 1 c. coconut; 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (or other nuts of choice); Additional coconut/nuts for coating

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) jar milky way ice cream topping
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chocolate chip cookie crumbs (fine)
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (or other nuts of choice)
Additional coconut/nuts for coating

Directions

Combine sugar, brown sugar and ice cream topping in a large skillet.

Cook until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese until melted. Add vanilla and stir.

Add remaining ingredients. Allow to cool completely.

Roll into balls and then coat with additional nuts or coconut (or mixture of both).
