- 1 c. hot millet
- 1/4 c. cooked carrots
- 1/4 c. cashew nuts (raw)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. agar-agar flakes
Directions

1Cook agar-agar flakes in water for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring. Blenderize 1/2 of cooked agar-agar with other ingredients until very smooth.

2Add rest of the agar-agar, blending at low speed. Cool a little and put in serving dishes to finish cooling.
