- 2/3 cup raw millet
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups unsweetened rice milk or 1 1/2 cups other non-dairy milk substitute
- 1 cup water (additional)
Directions

1In a clean coffee grinder, grind millet until coarsely ground.

2Melt coconut oil in small pot over medium heat.

3Add millet and stir gently for 2-3 minutes.

4Add liquids, stirring until smooth while bringing to a boil.

5Reduce heat to low and cover (leave cover askew if using milk substitute).

6Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
